Under the guise of National Security; the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Intelligence Agencies, Fusion Centers, state and local law enforcement type agencies; have colluded together engaging in highly deceptive clandestine operations throughout the United States.  These Black-Ops, Joint Targeting, Domestic Surveillance Programs work with businesses, community organizations, and other private-sector partners who take an oath not to tell. 

Operating with impunity; they deny, deceive, disrupt, degrade, destroy the citizens placed in these programs.  Are they patriots?  Are they complicit in atrocities?  Is it possible that there are things that the American public is not being told?  And is this for protection or for abuse?

To undermine the United States Constitution; citizens’ personal information is weaponized.  Cointelpro and Zersetzung (Stasi) / psy-ops tactics are orchestrated to make the patterns of conduct directed against them appear unbelievable. 

• Citizens are victimized through nefarious use of technologies i.e.: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Algorithmic, Bio-Medical Devices, Systems and
• Citizens are victims of non-consensual experimentation, non-lethal weapons assaults/testing which cause prolonged suffering (no-touch), without leaving marks.
• Along with the daily suffering; emotional, financial, and physical devastation results.

In violations of the constitution,

• Citizens are not told what they have done or why they are placed in these programs.
• Citizens are not told where to go for relief or how to challenge placement in the programs.

There are reasons to believe that some citizens are killed.  It is alleged that some citizens have committed suicide.  Others suffer in silence for fear that if they speak; they risk being placed in handcuffs and taken away.  These programs lack due process.  There is no relief in sight.

Note:   Nils Melzer, the World Health Organization Special Rapporteur on Torture and Other Cruel, Inhumane and Degrading Treatment or Punishment is currently investigating countries that use technologies to avoid detection of torture /cyber-torture.

No one would imagine this would ever happen to them, but you or even someone you love could easily be placed in these programs. Your tax dollars are paying for these unconstitutional operations with little to no oversight. Was this the intent of Congress?

Tell Congress to Defend the Constitution! Tell Congress to start immediate investigations and hearing on the Cointelpro, Zersetzung (Stasi) tactics perpetrated against unwitting individuals in the United States!
These actions are criminal.

They are platforms for racketeering (profit and greed).
The First, Fourth, Fifth (due process), and Fourteenth (equal protection) Amendments to the United States Constitution are being violated. (Testimonies are available.)
With the 1976 Church Committee Investigations; Congress assured the American people; that the public would be protected from this type of operation ever happening again.
